Tulsi is too savvy to a politician to run for president as an independent. I don't agree with her on numerous issues but perhaps her cutting the cord with the marxist democrats is another step in her political evolution. Or, it may be an opportunistic play on her part. People will now be courting her in much the same way the courted Ike many moons ago. She will get to set the terms. I hope it's not pure political calculation on her part. Anyway, at least the incongruence between her words and her affiliation won't be an issue anymore. If she genuinely saw the light, great. Like I say, I don't agree with her on every issue but I respect her willingness to take a stand and not get bullied off it. Well done Tulsi.
