Well that's all fine and well, but the odds of intelligent life existing on a tidally locked planet next to a dwarf star are slim to none and when you factor in the radiation blasts that little star pours out on it slim just left town. I know there are people who would consider finding microbes on some planet or moon to be the biggest find of all time but I'm not in that camp. If I want proof life exists in the universe I can just look out the window. Now, if you come across someone we can have a conversation with, I'm all in. But some single-cell critter floating around in some body of liquid doesn't move the needle as far as I'm concerned. But that's just me.
