  1. Come on now, don't confuse the matter with facts. The powers-that-be operate off of feelings, not theirs of course, the feelings of the people they lead around by the nose. It's a lot easier to sell feelings because they don't require critical thinking. They make ridiculous statements then send bought-and-paid-for celebrity scientists who may or may not have any training in climatology out there to scare people who are too busy to or lazy to fact them. I used to cover the atmosphere when I taught courses on the theories associated with flight and I explained to my students that C02 was a trace element and that it would take a whole lot more than we are capable of ever producing to move the climate needle. Some got it, others didn't or wouldn't accept it. I know there was a study a while back sponsored by the U.N. where they looked at the ice cores in Greenland, going back 6,000 years and could find no temperature variation outside of the standard deviation. That study got buried. It's all about power and control. It always has been, and it always will be.
