  1. That's the way FDR saw it, until he declared war on France that is. And even then I'm not sure how much it really did bother the guy. Got to keep up appearances though. Between that and that pesky Constitution and those robed guys on the Court who kept using it to block his ambitions life for a wanna be dictator could get complicated. But damn, how he wished he could make his own trains run on time they way Il-Duce could.
