  1. Protecting families and taking on woke corporate America is what got Governor DeSantis his large electoral margin. Forget 2024. If republicans had made it a priority in 2022 they'd have a larger majority in the house and control of the senate. But the fact they got 12 senators to vote for that abomination of a bill codifying same sex marriage shows you where the republican party is at on protecting families and religious liberty. They won't make protecting kids part of their platform in 2024 either because at the end of the day they don't give a sh*t. It's just not that important to the chamber of commerce country club types who make up the majority of that party.
