I'm sorry, I told myself I was done even watching videos related to this abomination but it's like a car wreck I guess, where even though you know it is gruesome, something inside forces your head to look. I had to skip past the video of that creature swimming in the pool and finally had to stop completely when Matt started reading the Satanic verses Sports Illustrated wrote regarding this affront to everything good and decent in the world. This is the one domain of the culture war that I really need to be careful with because it truly brings out the most visceral reaction from me, the kind that makes a person physically ill, like smelling the air around a sulfur pit, which is a fitting metaphor for malevolence on this level. This is Satan at his absolute worst (or best depending on where you fall on the matter). We truly are experiencing a Romans 1 moment. Making heroes out deviants and criminals is part of a carefully constructed plan. If someone had told me that even five-years-ago I would have told that person to get fitted for a tinfoil hat but the demons are loose and they have no limits. They will push, and push, and push some more until we finally say enough is enough. When that day comes, nonsense like this will be way down the totem pole of things that matter. We will have graduated to far more disgusting perversions. This is only the beginning. The Rubicon is in the rear-view mirror and we have reached what President Reagan spoke of, a time for choosing.

  2. I am with you. Lazy people who leave their shopping carts in the middle of the parking lot drive me crazy. I actually had to get out of my car once to move a cart out of the only parking spot in the lot and the little rack thingamabob where you put the cart was literally three steps away. The cart was sitting smack dab in the middle of the spot and all the person would have had to do was take three lousy steps. I figured that one had to be intentional. I actually took a picture because I wanted the people who had to put up with my mini-rant to realize just how close the storage area was. I'm a Christian and as such I know I shouldn't even joke but if EVER there was a case for a vaporizing ray or one of those gadgets from Star Trek that turns people into sugar cubes to be offered as an option when you buy your car THAT was states evidence #1!
