  1. I'm a person of faith, but it's not faith that has me throwing the flag on this one. It's the science behind the whole concept of star trek level space travel. Hate to break it to ya dude, but either Einstein got it all wrong or these beings have figured out not only how to break the laws of physics but of time itself. I grew up in the age of Apollo. I read Chariot of the Gods when it came out and I was convinced the Universe is teaming with life and that our cosmic cousins would reveal themselves to us. But the more I learned about the nuts and bolts of how the Universe operates the more convinced I became that intelligent life is a really, really, really rare phenomenon and that traveling thousands of light years, because that is what we are talking about if we keep the traffic to our galaxy is a really, really, really to the 100th power hard trick to pull off. Intergalactic travel? Now you're talking in terms of millions of light years. There's more, but that alone is a deal breaker for me. And spare me the black hole or worm hole BS. That's fine for science fiction but in the real world that stuff is a nonstarter. And these advanced beings are just going to buzz around, no communication trail, no radiation signal no...I'll stop there. Live long and prosper dude, but you might want to sell your dilithium crystal stock while you can.
