Something tells me this isn't the first time he's played this card, it's just the first time anyone gave a damn. People like him will never move on because they don't want to. It's easier to blame your career failure's on the ubiquitous white devil and systemic racism than it is on the fact that your just not very good at your job. If he was a star he wouldn't be sitting around the lobby of a Wyndham hotel by himself, being questioned by people who have no idea who he is. That is his real beef. Nobody cares.
