  1. DeSantis would be a much better candidate in 2024 but if Trump runs he's going to get the nomination. I think he will lose because Trump has the same effect on democratic voters that full moons have on werewolves and he will energize their base enough in the swing states like Pennsylvania and Michigan to keep it within the margin of cheating, and if a democratic candidate can stay within the margin of cheating they win. The democrats are shameless now and no longer try to hide what they are up to. In order for a republican to win, they have to be outside of that 3-5 point window. Anything inside of that and the media will declare the democrat the winner and start beating the election denial drum over, and over, and over and...you get the point. That's what will happen if Trump runs. obama gets his fourth term and we have to see what kind of country is left in 2028 when DeSantis and Kari Lake run as a power couple. That's my take on it anyway. Trump is the kind of guy the republicans have to have pissing out, not into the tent. If he lost in the primary his hard core base would stay home because that is what Trump would order them to do. I think DeSantis knows this and is too canny to run in 24. He'll let dipshi*ts like Pence, Yunkin, and Hogan take Trump on and get their asses handed to them as they acquire new nicknames, especially Pence. Trump will chew up and spit out that white-bread-asshollier-than-thou wimp like a bad oyster. I just hope some semblance of this country is left after four more years of yes we can. God help us.
