I always say this when I watch a video about this film but I'm compelled to repeat it. This is absolutely not a movie I would have watched even if it was a clean remake. Normally I wouldn't giv two sh*ts about it. But it has taken on a life of its own, the train wreck that keeps on giving, and I'm actually invested in seeing how big the boom will be when it slams into the Earth like that space rock that killed the dino's. Sadly, it won't achieve the complete destruction of disney to make way for a new life form like that killer asteroid did but just like I enjoyed watching Shumaker Levy 9 smash into Jupiter, I gotta see this thing through. Can't wait for the formal review Drinker. I'll go away now and wait.
