  1. The only part of the Matrix series beyond the first movie that was even worth the trip was when Neo has that conversation with the Matrix version of Oz at the end of the second movie. They lost me when a new Oracle showed up and they gave some half-ass reason for it. It was kind of like when I was a kid and Darren 2 showed up on Bewitched. The bit where that French chick puts her sexual powers in Trinity's face and kisses Neo is okay but if we're being honest it was one of the weaker attempts at the gratuitous sex shot movies of that period were required to have. The third movie lost me after about five minutes. I left in on in the background because...well I don't really know why. The original Matrix was a cool film and I liked that it ended with no real resolution. But I also figured they did that to set up the sequel and since 97% of sequels suck I also figured that one would as well and it largely didn't disappoint where sucking was concerned. As for Matrix Four...that's going to be a hard no. Maybe if they brought in Al Pacino and connected it somehow to the Devil's Advocate. Hey, why not? That movie never got a sequel.
