Sad but true, lowlifes abound everywhere. But there are also plenty of good people. As I was driving back to my place I saw all kinds of trucks and trailers along I-75 South with out of state plates from as far away as Texas hauling electrical generators and other necessary equipment. I also saw an entire caravan of police in a variety of vehicles coming down from Panama City, all ready to go to work helping people out. For every scumbag there are at least 10 good people. Thanks to everyone lending a hand. As for looters, 10 years without the possibility of parole should be the starting point as far as sentencing guidelines are concerned.
