These DA's are not stupid. This is by design and they getting the outcome they expected when they put these insane policies into place. In their twisted way of thinking, the old has to be swept aside to make way for their utopia and if that means emptying every jail in the U.S. so be it. Critical mass has been reached in that state. Nero is fiddling away out there and I don't see how anything short of federal intervention is going to fix it. The question then becomes, how does it all end?
