Blaming violence on the right is a tried and true strategy of the media that has been used for decades, particularly since the inception of television. Look at the coverage of the Kennedy Assassination? Right off the bat they turned to the right-wing-conspiracy card. When Oswald turned out to be a hard-core lefty they changed the narrative but never owned up to their earlier gaffe. More violent actions are taken by lefties than any group. They are emotion-driven so it makes sense that they act out. But they also take advantage of any incident to blame their political opponents for every evil under the sun, and the lefty media never corrects the record. But if you say that out loud you are a denier or some sort or a bigot. The current leadership of the democratic party is sick in the soul and their media accolades are nothing more than propogandists. The thing is, they've played their hand out too far and people are seeing through them in ways they never did when it was Walter Cronkite. A pox on all of them.
