  1. Here in the U.S. young people are extremely ignorant about history. The subject isn't taught properly so it's easy for people who behave like fascists to get away with calling their political opponents fascists. It's an old trick Stalin taught the left. The danger of course is the hardcore fascists call their opponents threats to democracy and it makes it easy for some kid to justify violence because who wouldn't want to stamp out Hitler. This is where the center starts to collapse and when the center can't hold bad things happen on a societal level. Sadly, that is the phase we are entering. God help us.
