This idea that Churchill was the bad guy and that Hitler would have been content with the territorial gains he made at Munich and in its initial aftermath has gained traction, especially with the weird pseudo-nationalist crowd on the right who have also adopted a more anti-Semitic stance lately. Tucker Carlson, one of their top pied pipers had this moron on his show pimping this nonsense and he sat their dutifully nodding his head, never once challenging his thesis about Churchill pushing poor uncle Adolph into a war of conquest he never wanted to fight. I get Carlson, he's a phony grifter who will go wherever he believes the prevailing headwinds are leading to make a buck, but the ill-informed people who tune into his show are another matter entirely.

@AFGuidesHD I've heard more than a few make that claim. I can't recall their names because quite frankly I dismissed their arguments out-of-hand. As for Poland waiting around for the Führer to finish off France and then join up with Germany to fight against the Soviets? Literally, who says that? Poland, the world for that matter, was under no illusions as far as who Hitler's next target was after he finished off the Czechs. It wasn't France.
