  1. As a movie, it does a great job tackling a disturbing subject in a way that is impactful without being too overt. Bill Camp delivers a great performance and in a different time he may have won an academy award for the effort. He's right, there is no political or spiritual message being conveyed, it's just a story about people acting heroically to protect children. Children are under attack in the world. They want to normalize pedophilia by labeling people as MAP's, minor attracted persons. It's sick and evil no matter how you dress it up. And anytime a film like this takes flack, well, it means it's hitting pretty close to the target. There are plenty of millstones to go around, and we all answer for our actions down the road. If you have a problem with this film and the way it portrays these predator's, well that's a you problem.
