  3. ​ @harpoonhunter1683  imagine giving them 2 years trial time with basic/min salary. After 2 years do public analysis and let people vote who should represent them next 4 years. never ever go to next election without analysing the results of past 4 years.

  4. ​ @harpoonhunter1683 and in democracy people should be able to vote you out earlier, if you do not deliver or change policy. We should also have term limits for all politicians. Max 8 years and then let them go back to regular work.

  8.  @CroMagJohnson  politicians, athletes, CEOs etc, there should be a minimum wage and bonus for achievements, as motivation. We would have a whole. different and a better life and skilled people would have a better chance.
