There is no coordinator no security and just one shot in darkness will lead to panic and chaos. I am sure you would handle the situation so much better.. Just like Black Friday is handled very well.

If you are in a survival mode since months and there is 10% chance that you will get food for your family, will you try to be one of those 10% or 90% left without anything because there is not enough for all?
