Given weighted dice are a thing in the cheating/grifting realm, i would say yes. If i replaced one side of an Oreo cookie with an identical shaped piece made of lead or gold, i would wager large sums of money it will be heavily biased towards landing heavy side down (see the full weight of what i did there!?)

Training to throw a knife at a wall and have hit with the blade side doesn't equate to knives being biased towards the blade. I suspect this experiment is flawed, especially as there is no mention of the third (albeit rare) result of it landing on the edge.

@imacmill that's not altering how the coin lands, but rather altering the result after it does. Could you do it blindfolded and wearing gloves? I doubt it.

@imacmill i get that, my point is you aren't making the coin come up anything (ie land on s certain result), you are catching a coin and then using slight of hand to alter the result only AFTER you have determined the actual result and adjust accordingly It'd be like saying i can get a hole in 1 on any golf course, i just write a 1 on the score card.
