In Australia it's not even legal to have a dog ride unrestrained in the back of a truck, let alone an actual human... but 31 of them? In a hired vehicle? That looks large enough to require a heavy class license to drive? That'd be an instant loss of license for 24 months for reckless endangerment at a minimum.

  23. It's not criticism or speech which is an issue, it's that the "protests" are not peaceful. The wording is clear and trying to twist this into a 1A free speech thing won't work. Threats of violence and making other citizens/students feel unsafe or worse intimated to the point they avoid attending campuses is the issue. You can deny that's what is happening but they aren't wearing masks because they are afraid of catching covid or similar. They know what they are doing is not acceptable and they've been getting away with it for too long. There's a new sheriff in town and he's making law and order fashionable again. The ppl protesting on campuses can go elsewhere and freely express their opinions. But they won't because they aren't protesting, they are intimidation tactics and if there is no one around to intimidate it's a waste of time. What do you think the response should be if a bunch of white nationalists turned up at Harvard every day, some of them not even students and the faculty turned a blind eye, allowing them to chant horrible things using the N word towards specifically black students wanting to attend a lecture? Should the government keep providing Harvard funding or not? That's not a 1A free speech issue and I'll be ignoring any replies which don't answer the above question as part of the reply.

In simplistic terms and in this context, it means picking a side and blindly supporting anything your side says or does, whilst vilifying and attacking anyone who opposes your side as the enemy and as if they endorse everything and anything the enemy does or says.   40. Jimmy, i know its unlikely for you to see this since, well, you're videos get thousands of comments - but here goes anyway. I'm a Trump supporter and yet i really value and enjoy your videos. Long time watcher first time caller as they used to say (altho ive madd commemts befors, just not one like this) Why would a Trump supporter be a regular watcher you might ask? Well, whilst I don't always agree with the things you say, i actually agree much more than i don't. Plus often there are times you bring something to my attention i otherwise wouldn't have known or give me the "other sides opinion" in a straight talking kind of way with a side of comedy. And yeah i'll admit there are times its a guilty pleasure watching you rip into Pelosi or AOC etc ;) But i digress, main point i want to raise is if you're getting crucified or ripped on for something (which seems to happen frequently) you usually do end up being right. Take it as a badge of honor and definitely keep giving em a I TOLD YA SO afterwards. If not for your own relief, for the sake that you actually have sensible ideas and Democrats wouldnt be in such a bad state if more of em started taking your advice. Anyway, i'll keep watching ya as long as you keep being you and churning out good content, no matter how many haters or how much crap you cop.
