Yup, it's poor leadership skills and there is only one man to blame for that. At least he has finally come to the conclusion it's time to bring in someone with those skills... better late than never as they say.

@AnaLucia-wy2ii who else is there? They obviously use a lot of contractors - his studio wasn't built by 3 ppl but in terms of day-to-day operations for the podcast you'd be surprised how much can be achieved by so little with the right person at the helm. The podcast used to be live and is only published hours after in full due to content thieves who would clip it and go viral before it's even finished...

@AnaLucia-wy2ii what are these people i don't see "behind the scenes" doing exactly? Preparing food? Shuffling papers? Counting beans? Yknow important business stuff i just wouldn't understand? Want to know who the mysterious third person is? People who watch Kill Tony will know it takes place in Rogan's comedy club, the mothership, and sitting next to Tony there's a guy on a laptop known as Redban. Best paper shuffler this side of mars that guy. Rumour has it he's from another planet with extraordinary paper shuffling technology, it would explain Rogan's fascination with aliens, but i've not seen it myself. Have you? Tell us what you've seen behind the scenes, don't leave us all hanging in suspense! Come'on man... spill the beans.. i'll distract the bean counter while you do it!
