@NPC-fl3gq how is it a conflict of interest? The US and Israel are allies. Discrimination, such as removal from congress based purely on the criteria of dual citizenship, is not only immature it's against the law.

@meuknowwho7041 the US could pass similar legislation or even more restrictive legislation if there was appetite for it - nobody is saying it can't be done, but as it stands today, it's legal for members of congress to have dual citizenship and removal would be discrimination. Nothing stopping voters from simply not electing or re-electing them either. There are many ways to skin a cat...
