  1. Is it legal in the US for 31 people to ride unrestrained in the back of a U-Haul truck? In Australia it's not even legal to have a dog ride unrestrained in the back of a truck, let alone an actual human... but 31 of them? In a hired vehicle? That looks large enough to require a heavy class license to drive? That'd be an instant loss of license for 24 months for reckless endangerment at a minimum.
