  2. I didn't until a friend of mine setup her 6 yr old with a messenger kids account. There is something very special about being able to communicate online with someone special to you who barely knows the alphabet let alone type full coherent sentences. I'm by no means saying meta is a harmless platform, but i don't think the solution is to simply keep kids off the internet.. i compare it to opinions on violent video games or movies 20 years ago. "I dont understand how parents just give their kids a computer to play quake" Imagine being a kid today without access to a computer or phone because your parents are "good parents" and not letting you have one until you are 13 🤔
