I have no issues with Musk attempting to create competition for the US as the world's reserve currency. Something needs to change as the US government can't keep printing money as a solution forever. Going from from 15 trillion in debt to 30 trillion in less than a decade is far more concerning. Moving to Mars gets more and more appealing with every new war or conflict the US gets involved in... ..if you can't beat em, leave em for Mars! 😁

@Very_Nice_and_Polite_Person Musk acquiring Twitter was a world changing event. He culled 75% of the staff and despite chicken little screaming the sky would fall within 12 months as a result, here we are, a year later and the sky hasn't fallen. That alone is a W in my books. Whether you view it as for better or worse depends upon your world view and opinion on Musk. What sort of name is Alphabet?

@fluidthought42 spoken like someone who is stuck in a dead end job with a useless uni degree and heap of student debt. If you do what you love for a living it's not work, it's just part of your life. Kinda like raising a child - sleepless nights, never ending expenses, putting their needs above yours.. it's not easy but when you love something it's not work, it's just part of your life. Same is true for hate, take yourself for example.. you put time and effort into writing comments, likely for free and yet you probably don't view it as "work" or exploitative... what motivated you?
