Bret's version: my inflated sense of self-worth led me to believe if Musk looked into my account being compromised he would find something "special" as i single-handedly changed the covid narrative. When he didn't respond quickly enough i tried to convey the urgency wasn't for my benefit but rather his - i was being really helpful sending him all this information. Then just out of nowhere he says stop spamming me and blocks my account, the very one which had been compromised! Musk's version: i met the guy for a couple hours and days later he wouldn't"t stop spamming me about his account being hacked.
