  1. Just terraform the land yo change it's grade, yknow, one of the most time consuming and expensive aspect to producing roads. Yeah just do more of that simple. Won't that introduce other safety, pollution, drainage, access, parking and pedestrian issues? It sure will, but all of this is a small price to pay for some peace n quiet. Maybe a civil engineer can fix the accoustics of that auditorium... it'll be so simple!
