Maybe that money could say, give US manufacturers an extra advantage in the way of a subsidy? Yknow, if you put a 100% tariff on a $1 bottle of pepsi from Chyna, you could take that $1 tariff and give half of it as a subsidy to a manufacturer producing $1.50 bottles of pepsi in USA 🤯
