  2.  @BenReillySpydr1962  people with a masters degree know how to use a dictionary, you clearly do not. Sometimes it's necessary to use lethal force to eliminate a threat. There is no requirement to exhaust all non-lethal options prior to the necessary use of lethal force. What did you do your dissertation on? Don't be shy ;)

  4.  @BenReillySpydr1962  your statement contradicts itself, it would be like saying mandatory voluntary steps, or deadly non-lethal actions, or full empty. Dictionary. Use it. You can learn what a dissertation is whilst you look up the meanings for necessary, option and exhausted.
