You know people switch careers (thus retiring from being a ATC), were "retired" for not getting the rona shot, decide to have babies (thus retiring for maternity reasons and those kids then reach school age and a stay-at-home mom re-enters the work force) and simply choose to retire early cause they can right? It's particularly common in highly skilled, high pressure, well paid positions. But good on you for thinking one-size-fits-all and after a few minutes of web searching you're smarter than the worlds richest man who runs multiple successful companies. What would he know eh? Bravo.
