  1. Something is up with her, this isn't her normal demeanor. Whatever it is she's doing it intentionally... insubordination or self-sabotage. If i was to hazard a guess she's been given a warning or notice and/or leaving the show on her own accord.. this aint the behaviour of someone who values their job that's for sure.
