The compression algorithm applied by youtube alone is destructive but sure, i bet you (and powerful secret government agencies) are able to reverse 16 to back into 7+4+5 and know with absolute certainty that it wasn't 8+2+6 and they would do this in order to determine the exact location someone was at so they can send in SEAL TEAM 7.1 Fun fact! The shade/luminance of a pixel is more important than it's color.. ain't compression algorithms awesome.. oh wait, you probably still think every pixel of every frame is just an RGB value.   2. Here's a tip, learn what words mean and don't give advice on subjects you don't have experience in. Distortion is manipulating the shape or position of something, such as a twirl filter found in many editing software. Some distortion filters are destructive, some are not. Blur is making something unclear or less distinct, such as making faces or street signs fuzzy. All blur filters by their very nature are destructive - one which isn't would be a transformation or distortion. You watch too many movies and tv... Enhance pixels... Enhance ... ENHANCE! SHARPEN! RUN IT THROUGH AI. WE GOT IT SIR, THE ADDRESS IS 123 ROAD STEET IN BADLANDS... GET TO THA CHOPPA!! The Ukraine conflict will be brought to an end in 2025 when Trump takes office.   3.  @steves578  what gives you the impression i don't have experience? I was possibly using things like photoshop, 3dsmax and visual studio before you could even walk but hey, im open to being proven wrong. Got anything of substance to back up your claims oh wise one?
