  1. Why didn't she do this sooner? Why does it not come into effect until sept 4th, which also happens to push the 6 month grace period where such a rule can be reversed by a new president? Why has every one of Biden's shortcuts that bypass proper legislative process ultimately end up failing, ie blocked or reversed by the courts? (Eg student debt) 🤔 But hey i'm sure THIS one is waaay different and will actually happen.. right? 😅
