Not entirely true. If the product was sold with the disclaimer that some features or functionality required internet access then legally they are not in breach of Australian consumer law. "The crew" as mentioned by someone else is a classic example of this, as it was sold with the explicit condition of it being an online-only game, once the legally mandated warranty period lapses, so too does the Australian consumer law protections. Given you will still be able to print via SD card, it's unlikely you will be entitled to a refund. It's all very clear on what you are and are NOT entitled to on the official government website.. look it up if you don't believe me!

@_BangDroid_ you must seek a remedy with the supplier/manufacturer before demanding a full refund. Please read the information on consumer.gov.au as you're giving terrible advice
