  1. No no no, the measurements are in NY square foot.. not standard square foot. A NY square foot is more efficient and environmentally friendly, sort of like those shower head restrictors and no-flush urinals. You should have used a NY laser measure to get the correct measurements 😉

  2. It was a civil case ruled by a judge not a criminal one ruled by a jury, the prosecutor knew the latter would set a dangerous precedent and not succeed. My guess is the appeal will get dragged out to 2025, after the election, and the ruling will be reversed.
