  1. He provided no scientific evidence to back up his claims. Example one was about trauma and venting negative emotions, he then says it's the complete opposite of this. That's not evidence or scientific. Example two was a story about him as a kid saying he was going to be a doctor. He now goes by the name Dr K. That's anecdote which is considered evidence i guess, but it's not scientific evidence. Example three is a quote by Frued, that language and action are tied together. They come from the same "energy" pool. Hence his simplified theory is that consuming this "energy" by talking, you have less "energy" for doing. Again, this is not scientific evidence it's some spiritual philosophy. In summary, he is attempting to infer that extraverts talk more but do less, whereas introverts talk less but do more. Not seeing the connection between extravert/introvert and doers/talkers. People who can do it, do it People who cant do it, teach others who can Teaching is an important task for society, don't get me wrong, but so is mentoring and that hinges on talking about doing rather than actually doing. Where is the science and evidence?!
