  1. If i dont eat in the morning i struggle to focus by mid-morning and would be starving by lunch. Doesnt seem to matter what i eat, cereal, bacon n eggs, donuts, pancakes, chocolate or candy.. its just important i eat for my metabolism. I dont care what the science says, because its clear to me that this is a situation where there is no one size fits all. I eat when im hungry, not when a clock tells me too.
