I'm by no means defending DuPont or any other large multinational company but merely scientific truth and accuracy. There is no conclusive evidence that PFAS have serious health effects or are poisonous to humans or animals. There are concerns about these chemicals but that's it. Don't be fooled by the fear inducing language such as "has been linked to cancer". Correlation is not equal to causation. Lowering use of these is a good thing and as the saying goes "better to be safe than sorry" but this isn't as big of deal as everyone who makes these videos tries to imply. They've been doing the rounds for years and years, scientists have been doing study after study, test after test and yet here we are.. still no conclusive evidence. Live in fear if you want, but i still happily use teflon pans 🥰
