  4. 2 lose your parents 1 after the other. then your uncle- who stepped up 2 love & take care of u b/c that's what families DO. then your uncle's gf doesn't even say goodbye 2 u after your uncle dies & u r left abandoned. again. the agony this whole family's been thru is simply beyond comprehension.

  9. state police r delegated officials 2 handle fatality investigations- not local LE. but state LE refused 2 come right away & investigate jo's death [something 2 do w/snow] so local LE had 2 do it. obviously it went TERRIBLY. in their defense they were never trained 2 handle a fatality investigations & didn't know protocol. they used what they had & borrowed solo cups from a neighbor. so it's not like they tried 2 mess things up. they did their best. [hope u can understand this. spelling's a challenge & i rely on shorthand.]
