In russia they have a national sport,, lying ;o) everybody lies to everybody, and everybody lies to them self,, thats why russia is creme de la creme, even only one out of 5 homes have indoor toilets, many homes dont have running water either or gas for heating ,, the only thing most have is electricity,,it is neede for the televison , to get propaganda ,, no kidding ,, so dont try to make any sense of russian logic,
