Nah,, it was floating, something is NOT keept in a dry dock for longer than needed,, most likely ru wanted to tug it back to russia ,, bringing in spareparts to crimera would be a bad idea,,and they knew ukr could hit it anytime, so having a fullu repaired sub, would not be a good idea, being in russia , using attackms would no longer be a option, ,, so ukr did the right thing , now ru has a wreck in the harbor,, thats a dilemma ;o), use resurces to bring it up and away, or lose harbor area and keep it where it is
