  2. they will never be able to pay back as long as the sanctions are there,, the dal should be,, russia go back and respect 1991 borders, russia as a good will gesture hand ukr the 4500 nukes back, or something similar ;o) the abducted children will be handed back , any warcrime or crime has to be punisht,, all reparaitions has to be acknowlegeds and promissed to be payd back,, ,,,,THEN the west will help russia keep the country running,, no money can be spend on military, all veterens has to be given the help needed,, all payd bythe russians themself,, they have resources, and can pay,, but the country has to be under supervision,, CHINA has to respect this and give guaranty's that they wont attack or take any land that russia has now,, it will benefit China that there is peace,, and the whole world,, Putler at this time most likely will be dead, and make it easy,, russia ONLY got to where they where prewar, because the westdid more or les rebulid russia after the collapse of the USSR ,,and the USSR only came to be because of western help during WW2 and the ussr stole and copyed most of what the west had ,, thie would be the best for the new russian generation,, they dont have a old working generation,,
