Jake,, opec minus russia would have a benefit of taking out russia, they wanted to take out US oil copanys by lowering the price some time back,, and it did work so so,, the point is to remove a supplier,, then those who are left have the market for them self,, ,, if they do it,, there will be no russian oil on the market,, ,,if they wait until maybe the us is in control of the russian oil , they will be in for real problems
