  20.  @MarkM001  i think you got everything wrong,,, pressure is pressure,,,you can messure it, temperature the same,, air at a certan temperature AND pressure can contain x amount of water,, lover the pressue, it can contain less water, the water will boil/evaporate,,until a equilium is reached,, thats why in front of the F16 intake the water on the runway evaporates ,, and can be seen,, been sucked into the engine, a screwdriver on the runway will not evaporate ,but MIGHT be sucked into the engine,,,it depends if a thing will be sucked in or not,,but things on the runway is never a good thing,,
