Labskaus,, when made for sailors used to be put trough a meat grinder,, old sailors most often didn have any teeth left ;o) if you in Denmark buy labskaus,in the supermatked(comes in a plastic tube like a susage) the potatos are more like mash potatos, and the meat are coccked until it totaly fals apart,, the pepper however is not grinded, its whole pepper corns ,, in Germany they use fish in it

  2. 3 tablespoons (15g) Powdered Eggs ¾ cup (90 g) Powdered Milk,,,, what would that be if using fresh eggs and milk ?? In metric ;o)
