@CreepyUncleIdjit I'm not saying it doesn't affect partiality I'm saying there's nothing you can do about that. Most judges in America are elected officials, the address is they use when they run for office are public information. plus they go to court every day and in particular office it's not hard to find a judge. Most problems are an issue of incentives. If a judge would need to be replaced anytime they are doxxed and threatened, you have created an incentive to dox and threaten them . therefore is basic strategic strategic theory the only way to prevent widespread doxxing of judges, is to establish a rule that it doesn't matter.
