  1. That would be true if there weren't a huge variety of projectile types for 556. But there is so it went significantly over what actually exists in the world for 545.

  3. That's kind of what I figured for the Beretta m96 ish thing. I would love a pistol that's had a high enough cyclic rate to be effectively a project salvo weapon.
