  2. I've wondered why no one has managed to launch a suit against Youtube on some kind of reliance theory. IMO the youtube monetary policy doesn't meet the basic elements of a contract, since the terms of acceptance and and the payment evaluation method are specifically undefined, and practice makes it clear that their actual decisions do not have much to do with their stated rules.
