  1. I think there's another layer which is incentives. even in civilian purposes if we are looking at this as a life-or-death circumstance we just aren't messing around with rimfire. Well I have personally would like any firearm that I get to be more reliable. if it isn't good enough for a 22 plinker I probably I'm going to use just something like a pistol caliber carbine.
